- Event & trip registration: dietary requirements, medical notes or other fields requested by the organiser
- Payment information: payment proof uploads, transaction references (we do not store card numbers)
- Reviews and comments you submit about events or trips

- Log data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
2.3 Information From Third Parties
If you register or log in using a third-party service (e.g. Google), we receive basic profile information permitted by your privacy settings on that service.

- Registration and payment records are retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
